Intuit, Inc., the maker of Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax, needed custom software to track employee performance and to calculate variable compensation payouts for their call centers.  Intuit liked our proposal of an interactive performance report.  It allows employees to see the impact of changes in their performance, and is a very useful coaching tool for their supervisors.

STARS Logon

This custom application was designed to accept employee screen names and passwords to allow them access to the system.

STARS Performance Report

This custom form was built for employees to be able to view their own performance, see how changes in specific aspects of their performance affect their overall performance, and to see how large a bonus they could receive based on that performance.
