TeamCHIMES is a fully integrated performance suite designed and built by Improvement Interactive for Crothall Services Group. The TeamCHIMES suite manages the operational, financial, and quality aspects of Crothall's business. TeamCHIMES is in use at over 500 sites.

	TeamFin TeamFin is a web-based distributed financial system used to improve financial performance for 189 Crothall sites. TeamFin handles thousands of employees and tracks tens of millions of dollars in transactions weekly.
TeamCoach TeamCoach is a survey-taking and tracking application that is used to improve performance, maintain high standards of quality assurance, and act as an early warning system for problem areas. TeamCoach is presently used at 229 sites. TeamCoach process and reports on about 300,000 surveys per month.
	TeamOps TeamOps is an application that tracks equipment locations, and preventive as well as corrective maintenance histories. PM tasks can be assigned and distributed to available personnel.
TeamServ TeamServ software provides a centralized call center that allows all of the TeamCHIMES applications to be accessed seamlessly through a single interface. Status and performance feedback is provided in real-time.
