TeamFin is a web-based distributed financial system used to
improve financial performance for 189 Crothall
sites. Crothall uses TeamFin not only to distribute data such as budgets,
expenditures and accounts receivable information, but to create billable
invoices, order needed supplies and to process payroll. TeamFin handles thousands
of employees and tracks tens of millions of dollars in transactions
weekly. Through the use of TeamFin, Crothall is finding innovative ways to communicate
critical information to management throughout the United States and Canada. |

Salaries and Wages
This screen allows users to enter payroll information. With pull-down menus and keyboard editing
capabilities, the payroll process is recorded and
transferred. Editing is done by users with security access.
Report functionality is available to view budget comparisons, period analyses and individual salary/wage payments.

Financial Performance Reports
The easy to define, read and understand, Financial Performance Reports of TeamFin allow management to assess past, current and future data.
Enter the desired time frame and select from a number of
provided filters to obtain a report or graph. Reports can be emailed,
printed, or exported. Create a subscription to a
report to receive it via e-mail at regular time intervals.

Graphical Displays
Receive financial information in easy to understand formats. Reports
are designed to give an analytical perspective while allowing
management to filter (drill down) to the most sensitive information.
A graphical representation provides a clear view of financial status.

Subscription Setup Page
Step-by-step instructions are provided throughout TeamFin. Here we see how to setup a
subscription to a report so that it will be e-mailed in the
desired format to a user at regularly scheduled time
intervals. The user has the option to select
from a number of desired formats such as an html e-mail,
an html attachment, or an exported comma delimited attachment.
