TEAM COACH SOFTWARE
TeamCoach is a survey-taking and tracking application that is used to improve performance, maintain high standards of quality assurance, and act as an early warning system for problem areas. TeamCoach has become an integral part of Crothall's marketing strategy.  TeamCoach is presently used at 229 sites. TeamCoach processes and reports on about 300,000 surveys per month.

	Room Inspection for QA Shown here is an example of the type of survey that can be done for a particular room in a facility.  Forms are customized for the type of survey that is to be conducted.
Location Configuration Locations can be added and "configured" so that they will be included in the survey.
	Performance Reports A comprehensive performance report can be generated for a  location, employee, or equipment.  Information can be filtered using any combination of parameters.
Summary Report Data can be summed, sorted and viewed in standard or customized reports.
