	Course Selection Screen Learners logon from a secure web site to access this course selection page.  All available courses and the modules contained in those courses are displayed along with a brief description.  Learners can begin training, or simply review the "Study Material" at the click of a button.
Study Material The Learner has access to the study material before, during or after training.  Study material can be presented in either Flash or static page format.
	Session Outcome At the end of each training session, a performance graph is displayed to the Learners, which allows them to monitor their own progress.  The Learner is given a goal for which to strive during each training session, and a final goal for the module.
Certificate of Completion Upon completion of a course, a Certificate of Completion is displayed for the Learner.
